Per risk capacity can be applied on 100% TIV basis or in many cases as subscription share of larger placement.

Gas Transmission & Distribution: Natural gas compression, stripping and transmission.

Oil Terminals: Fuel Oil Terminals, Bulk Tank Farms, Oil lease properties.

Oil Refining & Processing: Crude refining below 30,000 bpd.

Gas Production: Natural Gas Collection.

Fuel Oil Dealers: Heating oil and diesel distributors.

LPG Storage and Distribution: Liquefied petroleum products.

Specialty Chemical Processing: Organic constituent with exothermic reaction conditions.

Fertilizer & Agricultural Chemical Manufacture: Nitrate, Phosphate & Sulfate fertilizer production.

Questionnaire: TECH Risk Questionnaire-LOSS

Security Available: Lloyds, Renaissance Reinsurance (RenRe), QBE (more details).

Excluded Risks: Underground Mining, Over water structures.

Geographical Specialty: United States risks with incidental non-US exposure.

Target TIV: $5M to $1B

Target Account Limit: Up to $50M per risk

Minimum Deductible: $10,000 (Scaled for Account/Risk Size)

Minimum Account Premium: $50,000
